Liquidation Protection Enjoy peace of mind knowing that declines in the value of your collateral will not automatically trigger liquidation. For this loan, you will receive a margin call (a notification that your collateral is no longer sufficient to safely cover your loan) if your loan-to-value (LTV) ratio reaches 95% or higher. Once a margin call is issued, your loan is protected from liquidation for at least 48 hours, giving you time to take action. No additional fee is required for this protection.

This is an interest-only loan with a 12-month term. You will be required to make monthly interest-only payments during the loan term. The full principal balance is due in a single payment at the end of the term. The crypto collateral securing your loan will be held by a qualified custodian, and you will retain beneficial ownership. The terms and conditions presented on this page will apply to your loan. Except as otherwise specified here, the loan will be governed by the standard Figure crypto-backed loan Terms & Conditions.

Receipt of your collateral may take anywhere from a few seconds to 30 minutes, depending on the blockchain network. Do not close or refresh this page until the deposit is confirmed.

Once we receive your collateral, this website will automatically redirect you to the next step, where you will open the Figure Markets App (or download and open it if it is not already installed) to complete the process and have the loan funds wired directly to your account.

Since your loan has already been pre-approved, you will not need to wait for further approval. Your funds will be wired to your designated bank account on the same day your collateral is received.

You may cancel your loan and have your collateral returned to your designated wallet address at any time prior to the loan funds being wired to your bank account, at no additional cost.
